1.3 Clixyes reserves the right to monitor, audit, terminate, or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 All intellectual property rights in and to Clixyes—including but not limited to software, code, algorithms, user interfaces, documentation, trademarks, logos, domain names, audio/video content, and designs—are owned by or licensed to Clixyes.

2.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Clixyes solely for its intended business purposes.

2.3 You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of Clixyes without our express prior written permission. All trademarks and logos associated with Clixyes belong exclusively to us.

3. Data Protection and Privacy

3.1 Clixyes values your privacy and data security. The collection, storage, processing, and protection of your personal information through Clixyes are governed by our Privacy Policy.

5.2 In the event of any dispute or claim regarding Clixyes, you agree to first contact us at team@clixyes.com to attempt an informal resolution in good faith. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction of Clixyes' principal place of business.

6.1 Clixyes reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be published on this page or notified to you through Clixyes system announcements/login interfaces.

6.2 Your continued use of Clixyes after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes your full acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Termination

7.1 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use Clixyes and requesting account deletion.

7.2 Clixyes may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time without prior notice if you breach any term of this Agreement or if required by law.
